Daniel graduated from Swinburne University with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at the end of 1998 and progressed to CA status in February 2002. Daniel worked as a manager in accounting firms where he developed a diverse accounting and taxation knowledge. Daniel’s wide-ranging accounting experience results from working in the industry since April 1999, tackling issues on clients ranging from individual tax returns to large entities. With over 20 years’ experience in the accounting and taxation industry, Daniel has developed a sound understanding of the business and taxation requirements of individuals, superannuation funds and small businesses including trusts, partnerships and companies. Daniel follows the Carlton Blues and is very confident he will get the chance to see another Premiership soon! In his spare time, Daniel loves fishing down the Mornington Peninsula trying to catch a fish or two. Areas of Expertise

Ivana is a Senior Accountant who has been with Lloyd & Co for over 15 years. She is a valued member of our team and has a sound knowledge of Australian Taxation Law. Prior to joining Lloyd & Co Pty Ltd, she developed broad accounting and taxation experience whilst working with other public practices in Melbourne. She enjoys the challenge of accounting and taxation and is a pro-active member of our team looking after small to medium business and tax clients. Ivana has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, which provides her with a deep understanding of the compliance and taxation needs of clients. She has a good eye for detail, is efficient in all types of work presented and analyses all situations thoroughly. Consideration is always given to work with the client towards achieving their wealth creation and business growth goals. Andrew graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and progressed to CPA status in August 2006. Andrew commenced his accounting career working in the finance and credit division of medium sized transport companies prior to joining Lloyd & Co Pty Ltd in 1998. Since joining the practice, Andrew has gained experience providing clients with business and taxation requirements including individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies and self-managed superannuation funds. Andrew enjoys watching all sports, listening to music and socialising with friends as well as watching his son’s football games and cheering him on. David graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and progressed to CPA status in August 2010. Commencing his accounting career right out of University, David joined a mid-tier sized accounting firm within the bayside area and progressed to manager level prior to taking an 18-month sabbatical to travel the world. Since joining Lloyd & Co in January 2019, David has formed an integral part of the Lloyd & Co team. David has gained experience providing clients with business and taxation requirements including individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies and self-managed superannuation funds. Outside of the office, David has a strong interest in all things sport, religiously following his Hawthorn Hawks and the Boston Celtics. He also has a keen interest in both film and music. Shaun established Lloyd & Co Pty Ltd in 1997 after having become a Registered Tax Agent in 1989. With over 30 years’ experience in the accounting profession, Shaun has developed a core speciality in the areas of taxation and business services including tax minimisation strategies, wealth creation, cash flow and budget forecasting for his clients. Shaun has been increasingly involved in the realm of business and strategic planning and valuations and consults to his clients across a range of business transactions including business restructuring and reorganisation. Shaun regards himself as a general practitioner, servicing high net worth and small business clients ranging from legal and financial professionals to placement agencies, panel beaters and manufacturers. Shaun’s passion is assisting clients to recognise how to transition through to Retirement and achieve a more beneficial Work Life Balance, something he has achieved personally into his 50’s. Shaun barracks for the Mighty Western Bulldogs and likes to keep active in his spare time. Bernard joined Lloyd & Co in 2021 following the acquisition of WiseAccounts by the firm.

With over 35 years professional experience, Bernard is a seasoned business management specialist with extensive local and international experience assisting businesses across a wide variety of industries design, implement and operate fit-for-purpose financial and operational management solutions. His absolute forte is common sense, practical, robust, cost-effective business process efficiency and improvement through the use of technology and properly skilled resources, especially in day-to-day general accounting functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory management, financial control and management reporting.

Whilst Bernard has an eye for detail, he remains permanently aware of and deeply capable at maintaining the alignment between the seemingly mundane world of bookkeeping and business systems with the broader taxation, commercial, contractual and strategic consequences of daily operations and activities at client’s businesses. Regardless of the size of the business, Bernard uses his intellectual, strategic and technical skills to cut through the noise that slows down business operations.
